Terms and Conditions

This NANA -website for the sale of goods via the internet is operated by Castafiore ky, Finland, which is legally represented by Elina Mäkilä as Managing Director.

When placing an order at www.nana.fi, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery listed down below. Customer information is confidential and customer data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Customer can pay with payment order in advance (by bank transfer).

After placing an order customer receives confirmation of order by email. Binding trade agreement is validated at the same time. The goods will be mailed as soon as payment is received into the account at Länsi-Suomen Osuuspankki (IBAN: FI20 5700 7820 0400 92, BIC: OKOYFIHH).

After submitting your order (Shopping cart page 4/5), you will receive detailed instructions to make the payment order.

The total amount of your order, including all taxes and costs such as packaging and delivery is displayed at the end of the check out process. All prices are in Euros (€) and they include finnish tax vat (22 %) by default. Correct taxes are calculated in the ordering process after you have selected the delivery location.

With VAT (value added tax) number you can buy the products tax-free. Please, contact us before purchasing.

Castafiore ky reserves the right to correct any erroneous price.

Shipping costs are based on Itella Oy, Finland Post, postage. Products will be mailed once payment is received. The customer has the right to cancel the order if it is substantially delayed.

The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days. This right to return applies only to unused and marketable products. Products must be mailed to the address: Castafiore ky / Boutique Nana, Kyntelitie 11, 28610 Pori, Finland. Complaints should be informed by e-mail: info@castafiore.fi.

Primarily Castafiore ky replaces defective product with a new similar one. When the product is sent to the customer, Castafiore ky or local delivery service is responsible if the product is damaged or lost. When a customer returns a product, he or a local delivery service is responsible if the product is damaged or lost.

We reserve the right not to sell to a customer who does not comply with the rules of commerce.

The agreements concluded under the inclusion of these General Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of Finland. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
